how to begin?

• my commissions need to be open!• check my pricing+ for what you need and my capabilities and then read through my terms of service+ thoroughly.• navigate to this google form to fill it out. most, if not all the necessary information i need will be asked in it. do not rush filling it.• patiently wait for me to reach out to you in discord dms, to inform you if i've accepted your commission or not. make sure you allow messages from shared servers if we share a server. or alternatively i will send you a temporary friend request so i can message you.

attention!

• i do not usually take commissions directly via dms, unless if it's something special with a deadline, specifically interests me or a specific reason i have announced (e.g. emergency commissions). by default, use the form when my commissions are open.• normally i do not do reservations. do not message me expecting to get one.• i'm not always able to estimate when i'm gonna be opening my commissions again.

time frame

• each client will be put on my wait-list in order of form submission acceptance done by me. the wait-list can be found only on my discord server.• heavily depending on the commission's complexity, options, sizes, how busy my life is etc. it can take from a few hours to 3 weeks to finish the commission, once i begin it. in general i do work rather quickly.• deadlines are possible.• you will be given swift, transparent and honest communication with how the commission is going. feel free to ask for extra updates if you so wish.

what you can expect by default

• full dyability to the best of my ability. keep in mind, diffuses can make full, clear color dyability harder to provide.• usually as low poly of a design as i can create with my current knowledge, without sacrificing too much detail. this may differ with the wanted design/my own choice. feel free to request higher poly meshes.• for meshes with any extra skeleton/earring weights used, both a version with the extra skeleton/earring weights physics painted in and a static version without the weights will be provided to negate potential issues with gposing and using pre-made poses.• one free minor adjustment/change onto the creation after its completion, if wish for such occurs. after that is used, payment is required.• free issue fixes, if such are found.

payment

• payment happens only through paypal invoicing for which i will require your e-mail address for.• half of the payment happens before i begin the commission, and the second half after the commission is done and you have gotten to test it.• once the second half of the payment is done, that marks the completion of the commission.• changing what you want drastically mid commission will cause extra fees for you because of the extra time and energy i have to allocate for your slot.

refunds

• full refunds are possible only in cases where i am the one canceling the commission, be it due to any reason and at any point of the commission.• if you cancel the commission, you will not be refunded. this is because i would be losing money due to paypal's service fees.

terms of service

• do not sell the 3d work i created for you in any way• do not claim that you created the 3d work yourself• do not use the 3d work that i created for you commercially, or for financial gain• do not share the private commissioned 3d work around to other peoplethe 3d meshes and graphic works that i make from scratch for the commissions are not licensed and are only meant for private use for the client.

my rights

• as the creator, i will always retain the original copyright of the commissioned 3d work. i am only selling you the file(s) and the right to use that commissioned 3d work on your character(s).• i do not and will not be selling commercial rights to the commissioned 3d work.• if you cancel the commission, i retain full ownership of the work completed so far and may use it for other purposes.• i have the right to deny any sort of a commission request for any reason at any point.• out of courtesy, i will not use your private commissioned work on my own character(s) other than for testing or showcasing purposes. however, i am free to use the commission if it is agreed that i will sell it publically on my ko-fi after two weeks of its' creation, of course holding back from using it until it goes public.

keep in mind

• if you want me to use another creator's mod in the commission, it is your responsibility to make sure beforehand that they allow their work to be used in private paid commission work.• if you use it, i will require your customize+ preset for creation and testing purposes. make sure you are comfortable with this.• mods created from scratch specifically to cater to your current customize+ preset may not work properly on your character if your customize+ preset is not applied, if it is modified or outright changed.

how i'm staying safe

i will likely release the commissioned mod either publically or for members only, paid or free, and also, if i find it necessary, proceed to warn fellow creators among others around me of the client in question and of potential scamming, if:• the client does not provide any communication for a week straight with an ongoing commission• i do not get the second half of the payment and the client disappears with the creation• a chargeback is initiated by the client after the creation is done• i find out my terms of service has been breached
