• heavily depending on what you are commissioning, it can take from a few hours to 2 weeks to finish the commission, once i begin it.• i will be communicating with you frequently throughout the process, making sure you are happy with the results.• deadlines are possible, but let me know about it before i begin the work.

• payment happens only through paypal invoicing. i will require your e-mail address for this.• i will name a price and for the safety and comfort of us both, half of the payment happens at the beginning of the commission, the other half after the commission is done and you have gotten to test it in game to ensure satisfaction.• refunds are possible ONLY in cases where i am the one canceling the commission.

• do not sell the 3d work i created for you in any way
• do not claim that you created the 3d work yourself
• do not use the 3d work that i created for you commercially, or for financial gain

• as the creator, i will always retain the original copyright of the commissioned 3d work. i am only selling you the file(s) and the right to use that commissioned 3d work on your character(s).
• i do not and will not be selling commercial rights to the commissioned 3d work.
• out of courtesy, i will not use your private commissioned work on my own character(s) other than for testing or showcasing purposes. however, i am free to use the commission if it is agreed that i will sell it publically on my ko-fi after one month of its' creation, of course holding from using it for that one month, until it goes public.

• i have the right to deny any sort of a commission request for any reason at any point. if any payment has been made, you will be fully refunded.• if you cancel the commission, you will not be refunded, and i can do what i please with what i'm currently left with with the creation.• to keep things comfortable, i will require active and clear communication from you. please keep in mind i'm european (EEST/EET timezone)!• if you want me to use another creator's mod in the commission, it is your responsibility to make sure they allow their work to be used in private paid commission work.• be sure to state all the proper info needed and mods that you want to commission from me before i begin the work (includes potential sketching phase). changing what you want drastically or adding more things into your commission slot will cause extra fees for you because of the extra time and energy i have to allocate for your slot.• i default to making my 3d meshes as low poly as i possibly can with my current knowledge. this will make them look a lot like they "fit into ffxiv", rather than being high poly and looking realistic.• if i deem too many items are being commissioned for one commission slot, i will have to ask for the client to only choose some of them. otherwise it gets too stressful for me.• after the final half of the payment has been completed for the current commission, changes to that commission cannot be fit into the same commission slot anymore (issue fixes are fine).• if you find issues in the commission later after your commission slot is finished, contact me and i will fix them free of charge, to the best of my ability.

• make sure you state the usage of customize+ on your character, no matter on what part of your character's body it is affecting, as this can drastically affect the end result especially with heavier presets.• i will require your customize+ preset for creation and testing purposes.• mods created from scratch specifically to cater to your customize+ preset may not work properly on your character if your customize+ preset is not applied, if it is changed to another one or tweaked for the part of the body that the mod is affecting.• if you happen to change your customize+ preset after the creation is done, i will only be able to tweak the creation it to fit your new customize+ preset ONCE, out of respect for my own time.

• make sure to specify your character's gender, race and clan. for an example knowing the clan is very important in some cases for the au ra and viera races.• for female rings/nails/gloves/socks/heels/any sort of mod on the hands or feet, where the hands or feet are visible, please be sure to specify all the hands or feet that you use (as well as potential extra skeleton usage, i.e. YAS/yiggle) as the shape highly varies specifically with modded female body models and can cause clipping otherwise.• if the client does not provide proper communication and i get ghosted for about a week straight, i do not get paid and the client disappears with the creation, if a chargeback is initiated by the client after the creation is done, or if i find out my terms of service has been breached, i will more than likely release the commissioned mod either publically or for members only in my ko-fi, depending on my mood. i will as well proceed to warn fellow creators around me of the client in question and potential scamming.
